This beautiful, freshly furnished apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed), 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub,toilet, hairdryer), a bright living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (senseo and plancha). Spacious terrace of 30 m² south facing with views of the sea and the playground.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The complex has two pools (one for kids), underground garage and secure access. Just opposite the complex is a large playground, a basketball court and a skate park a little further.
The apartment is ideally located in the center of the village of Sabinillas where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. Moreover, it is just 5 minutes walk from the Port of Duquesa and the beach, 50 minutes from Malaga airport, 10 minutes from Estepona.

We stayed here for 2 and a half weeks. We found the apartment perfect for our stay. It was clean and served all our needs. Kitchen was well equipped and the oven and dishwasher appeared to be brand new. The pools were great. No quiet time and kids wsee more

Kitchen was well equipped and the oven and dishwasher appeared to be brand new. The pools were great. No quiet time and kids were allowed to have floaties in the pool. The grounds are immaculate. Lovely little library on site too where you can leave your books and get some new ones.
