The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes walk from the beaches of the Marina Duquesa, it is completely redone (new furniture), bright, comfortable and suitable for 6 people.
Free parking in the basement and free wifi. It has a large furnished terrace (28m²) with sea views, mountains and overlooking gardens and swimming pools. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped.
It is composed as follows: the master bedroom of a large bed with built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with whirlpool and direct access to the terrace, a bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
A comfortable living room / lounge overlooks the terrace and a convertible sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, reversible air conditioning (hot / cold), flat screen TV plus free satellite (French channels).
The complex "Duquesa Suites Golf & Gardens" is located between the charming marina of La Duquesa and Golf La Duquesa (18 holes), in San Luis Sabinillas, 30 minutes from Marbella.
The municipality of Manilva is ideally located in the south of Spain between Malaga and the Strait of Gibraltar. From there, all the must-see destinations of Andalusia are at your fingertips.
