Overall we really enjoyed our 6 day stay at this location. Very secure grounds. Great to have private parking facilities in an area where public parking spaces are extremely limited. Despite the overall size of this development it was very well laid see more

Despite the overall size of this development it was very well laid out and felt very spacious. The location with its proximity to the beach and the marina is fantastic with all the cafes and restaurants etc just a few minutes walk away.

We did have some issues unfortunately particularly around the cleaning standards of the apartment itself and also the quality of the water in the pools. The quality of cleaning particularly in the bathroom and the ensuite was disappointing. The floors were not clean to an acceptable standard and the overall impression we got is that prior to our arrival the apartment got a quick clean rather than a good hygienic deep clean. Cobwebs (not recently created) were evident when we moved an armchair to access a plug and hairs were found in the bedroom when also getting to a socket. There seemed to be a plumbing issue with both the kitchen and bathroom as there was an unpleasant odour whenever water was ran from a tap. The only other small issue we had was the fact that we only had one fob/key. While we were just a group of 3 adults we had a couple of occasions where we had logistical challenges when we did different activities on our own. With just one fob to get in and out of the complex this was a problem albeit a small one. With an apartment that can comfortably accommodate 6 adults this may be an issue for bigger groups.
Overall though I do not feel that any of the issues I have outlined above would discourage me from returning and I am confident that all these small things can be addressed and rectified and I am happy to recommend this property as an excellent option for accommodation in Manilva. |
