    The apartment is located on the first floor, is very bright and overlooks the pool, on the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the golf course of Duquesa.
    New and furnished with taste, it is located in a secure residence 24h / 24h.
    It can accommodate up to 5 people.

    Composition: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed the other with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bath and hydro jets and one with simple shower), lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, covered parking space in the basement and access to the apartment by elevator.
    Opportunities for access to five swimming pools and tennis paddle (a mixture of squash and tennis).

    Ideal for a relaxing stay. The place will delight golfers (close to the Golf de la Duquesa).

    At the port of Duquesa, you will find restaurants, bars, nightclubs.
