Spacious and bright apartment with 3 bedrooms, each with a balcony terrace. Large living room giving access to the semi-covered sea view terrace. The glass walls on both sides allow you to enjoy this outdoor space to eat with family or friends, all year round!
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a utility room with a washing machine available. Small and large appliances are present to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The double bedroom with a large double bed has its own en-suite bathroom (bath, sink, wc). Built-in wardrobes offer great comfort for storing clothes, suitcases, etc. This bedroom gives access to the large terrace.
Bedroom number 2 consists of 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, a small storage unit and access to a nice balcony.
Bedroom number 3 consists of a single pull-out bed and opens to create a 160cm double bed. It can therefore accommodate 1 or 2 people. Fitted wardrobes and a small private balcony as well.
The "guest" bathroom has a beautiful large walk-in shower, sink, toilet.
The “Coto Real” residence, where this superb accommodation is located, will welcome you with beautiful green spaces and a very pleasant communal swimming pool.
Close to all amenities (supermarkets, small town center, San Luis Sabinillas beach, ...), but quiet in order to offer a peaceful vacation, this apartment is the ideal choice for your stay.

Plaza de garaje en el parking solo una pega, la plaza de garaje está en la calle, no es como dicen, deberían de darla en el parking y utensilios de cocina. Deben ser más celosos en el cuidado de utensilios para que sea fantástico.
