The living room (with TV and WiFi), the dining room and equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher)
As a plus, a great terrace with all furniture to enjoy the outdoors,
Adjacent to a beautiful swimming pool.Very quiet location in front of the apartment.
There are 2 bedrooms,
The master suite (2 bed and a spacious bathroom.
1 bedroom with 2 separate single beds and 1 bathroom.
There is also a storage room with a washing machine + dryer, iron, ironing board and all kinds of equipment.

The appt is ideally located , of course on the beautiful golf SAN ROQUE and close to many other accommodations . 5 min from SOTOGRANDE (looks like Beverly Hills) 8 min from the beautiful harbor in DUQUESA and several BEACH'S BARS (TROCADERO = recommended).
And 30 minutes from the PUERTO BANUS near several shopping centers and about 1 hour from the airport in Malaga.

For some bizarre reason, no kettle!!
Boiled water in a saucepan, rather like camping!
Also no TV channels for news etc…..everything streaming of films, such as Netflix.
