    This spacious air-conditioned apartment will seduce you with its space, its splendid views
    on the sea and the vineyards, its southern exposure and partially covered terrace. The
    covered terrace is furnished with a large round table and matching seats for 6
    people and the partially covered terrace contains a small living room as well as two
    sunbeds.
    The apartment consists of a large living / dining room equipped with a sofa bed,
    a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer,
    microwave, induction hob, oven, wine cellar, electric kettle, Nespresso,
    Bodum coffee maker, percolator, toaster, juicer, etc.), 2 spacious bedrooms (one
    with a double bed and the other with two single beds) with fitted cupboards and having
    each with a bathroom.
    Large screen television (smart TV) with more than 200 channels, 300 MB fiber wifi, channel
    Hi-Fi.
    Private parking (space) in the basement.
    Outdoor pool.
    The apartment is 400 m walk from the beach. The Eroski supermarket is located
    300 m, Mercadona 2 km and Lidl 3 km. The pretty marina of Puerto de la Duquesa is
    15 minute walk.
    If you want to visit Malaga, Marbella, Estepona, Casares, Sotogrande, Algeciras,
    Gibraltar, Tarifa, Cadiz, Seville, Granada, and the beautiful white villages of Andalusia,
    you are definitely in the right place.
    Golf enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice as to the golf course: Coto Real
    Duquesa Golf, Golf de Dona Julia, Finca Cortesin, Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande,
    San Roque Golf Club… you are also on the Costa del Golf.
