    Description

    Very nice flat of 90 m² newly fitted out in 2023, for 4 persons. Breathtaking 180 degree sea view. The large terrace (24 m²) as well as the "corner" position of the flat will allow you to benefit from an ideal sunshine from morning to evening. The sunrise can be seen directly from your bed (large French window overlooking the sea) and of course from your terrace.
    The large communal swimming pool is also visible from the terrace and has sun loungers at your disposal.
    Ideally located at 600m from the sea (sandy beach of Playa El Castillo), your flat is also very close to two supermarkets (450m) and the Golf de la Duquesa (900m).
    The development is located in a quiet and secure urbanisation. The configuration of the flat on the corner of the building on the second floor also gives you peace and quiet.
    Free parking spaces are available all around the building.
    The port of La Duquesa, with its restaurants, bars, playgrounds, etc. is easily accessible on foot from the flat (20 minutes).
    The flat is newly furnished and has two bedrooms (one with a new double bed of 160cm and one with two new single beds of 90cm). Each bedroom has large wardrobes, a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric fruit press, fridge, freezer). The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine (iron and ironing board). A comfortable and spacious dining room and living room complete the description. We have WIFI (600M fibre optic) and a 55 inch Smart TV with cable. For those sunny summer days, the air-conditioning with grills has the advantage of being noiseless, every room is air-conditioned!
    The building has a lift.
    Besides the beautiful sandy beaches and the incredible atmosphere of Puerto de la Duquesa, the area is also great for hiking (the mountains are only a few km away) and for cultural visits (Gibraltar and its rock at 35km, Ronda and its white villages at 70Km, the beautiful white village of Casares at only 10Km, Marbella at 45Km, Estépona and its beautiful old centre at 12Km. Longer but equally beautiful excursions are possible to Tarifa (3/4h), Cadiz (1h30), Seville (2h), Cordoba (2h30), Granada (2h30)...
    Malaga airport is 95km away, you can reach the flat by rental car but also by bus (11 euros to Estepona).
