Quite noisy with the building works, according to website 20% discount is given in May as compensation for this, when I questioned this I was told that I’d receive an email about this. I haven’t received this to date.

Dreadful customer service, rude disinterested staff. Returned keys, never spoke to us, no interaction at all. Would definitely not recommend using your company for either renting or letting Having to travel 18km to collect and return the keys incurring €80 in taxi fees. |

we are very surprised by your comment. First of all, you were well aware that there were building works nearby and that's why your price had a good discount which you acknowledged on your arrival. Then, in Booking you will find all the information explaining that you must pick up the keys in our office as we manage more than 400 properties and we cannot accompany the tenants. And even more surprising is that you say we are rude when, to top it off, we did you the favour of leaving your bags in our office, which we never do, to do you the favour and you left the office without thanking ussaying goodbye. |

Ya que hay que ir y volver a la inmobiliaria que está a 10 min podríais dar un margen más amplio, más allá de las 10 am.
