    Description

    Magnificent terraced house in Manilva, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.
    Tastefully and modernly furnished 150 m² house with sea and mountain views.
    The condominium has only 45 houses, distributed in 2 lanes largely flowered and raised which guarantees calm; but also 3 splendid swimming pools exclusively reserved for residents of the condominium, protecting you from any risk of crowds. The main swimming pool is even equipped with a waterfall and enjoys an exceptional panorama, open to the sea.
    A magnificent uncrowded beach, located at the foot of the hill, benefits from a very spacious car park and two beach restaurants offering tasty and particularly economical cuisine. It only takes 3 minutes by car to get there.
    The house enjoys a particularly favorable location, less than an hour by car from Malaga airport, near Sotogrande (6 kms), lakeside city, paradise for celebrities and people, to discover absolutely; not far from Gibraltar (25 kms) or Morocco (crossing from Gibraltar to Tangier lasting 2h30). For those who prefer the frequentation of typically Spanish ports, all dressed in white, the port of La Duquesa, 7 km away, will be happy to offer them its many terraces and its large beach.
    All the shops are easily accessible in a few minutes by car, but if you want to go shopping, we recommend Estepona (30 kms) or, of course, Marbella (60 kms).
    Golf enthusiasts will all find their happiness (the Costa Del Sol is also called Costa Del Golf!), among the 70 courses on the Coast (including 7 within a radius of 10 km)! Likewise, horse lovers will be able to attend polo matches on the Sotogrande field.
    Like any seaside resort on the Coast, all nautical pleasures are also accessible. And for lovers of gastronomy, the many restaurants offer both Spanish and international cuisine, accompanied by Spanish wines worth discovering, all at particularly competitive prices, even in beach restaurants.

    Ce qui nous a manqué, c'est un petit livret d'accueil qui explique par ex comment fonctionne certains appareils, clims, machine à café, comment doit se passer la cohabitation à la piscine, la gestion des déchets,... des petits conseils de visites. Sinon, d'un point de vue pratique, il manquait l'une ou l'autre chose dans la cuisine, par ex une poêle un peu plus récente car la surface adherait, pas assez de petites cuillères par ex. Au niveau du salon du solarium, je sais que c'est dehors mais les coussins étaient assez sale, on a fait avec mais voilà, ce sont des petites choses. Autre chose, il aurait fallu une 2eme télécommande pour la grille car nous étions 2 familles et n'avions qu'une seule télécommande qui fonctionnait et malgré le remplacement de la pile, l'autre ne fonctionnait tjs pas. Nous aurions aimé aussi avoir un état des lieux qui précise si des choses sont cassées, ex fenêtre fissurée et il n'était indiqué nulle part que l'agence était au courant, ce qui était le cas mais voilà, nous avons dû passer à l'agence pour nous en assurer.
