    Description

    ►Description:
    This beautiful apartment overlooks the fantastic gardens, the seasonal pool, the mountain and the sea in the distance as seen in the photos.
    Located on the 1st floor and with a terrace facing south, this apartment is one of the best in the complex. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning / heating and unlimited high speed internet is in the apartment for those who wish to use laptops or smartphones to connect to the internet. The apartment offers a high-speed Internet connection (Wi-fi), as well as a television with a multitude of French and international channels.
    The terrace is directly accessible from the living room and the large bedroom. One step, you will enjoy a glass of sangria in the sun


    ►Notes on accommodation:
    Enjoy the terrace (table and chairs are waiting for you): aperitif and small meals with breathtaking views of the pool and mountains at the back. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony outside the apartment. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
    Outside: Beautiful gardens with a beautiful large pool as seen in the photos. There is also a paddling pool for children. Parasols are also available in the garden for sunbathing and relaxing. Shared shower is available on the ground level. A lifeguard will be on duty during the summer period from June to September and again during the May and October holidays. Towels and sheets are provided. If you need a change of sheets and towels during your stay this can be arranged at the time of booking, for an additional cost. There is a cleaning fee of € 70 to be paid .

    ►Cost / Beach:
    Located just 300 meters from the apartment, a sandy beach of several kilometers will allow you to go for long walks. While giving you the opportunity to cool off and nibble a bit in one of the many beach bars.
    ►Voyager:
    Malaga Airport - 60 minutes, Gibraltar Airport - 20 minutes. Car rental or car use is recommended.
    There is a bus service just below the resort serving the area once an hour.
    Distance:
    Duquesa - 2 minutes by car, Sabinallas -2 minutes by car, Estepona - 10 minutes, Puerto Banus - 30 minutes, Marbella - 30 minutes, Ronda - 1 hour drive.
    More details :
    To see: the port of Duquesa is a nice place where you will find many small bars and restaurants where life is good with a magnificent view of the port. They are open all day and late at night. For party animals, there is also a nightclub. There are several banks in Sabinallas.
    Convenient: a mini market just 100 meters from the apartment. Many choices of supermarkets (Mercado, Dia, Lidl, ...) to the Duquesa (or Sabinallas) along the main road (5 min by car).
