Magnificent flat overlooking a nature reserve in a quiet residence nestling on the edge of a golf course. Located in the Andalusian province of Cadiz, the region enjoys a sunny climate all year round.
This flat has been recently renovated with taste and quality materials. It has two bedrooms with quality bedding, each with its own bathroom and access to a terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob and everything else needed for those who like to cook), a living area with flat-screen TV and wifi, and a microcement floor.
The flat is a haven of peace. The peaceful, serene atmosphere is perfect for lazing around and the location is ideal for a quiet or active holiday, as you prefer. The residence is located between a golf course and a nature reserve, and offers two swimming pools and a padel court.
Alcaidesa is an urbanisation in a privileged location, set between a nature reserve, the sea and a golf course. Nearby is Alcaidesa beach, a peaceful natural setting with breathtaking views of the Rock of Gibraltar; the lovely port of Sotogrande and its polo matches; and the San Roque golf course. A little further afield, Gibraltar and its iconic rock, the crazy charm of the white villages of Andalusia, Tarifa and its white sandy beaches, the seaside resort of Marbella, Malaga bubbling with culture.
The nearest international airports are Gibraltar (18 km) and Malaga (110 km).

I stayed for over a month for work and loved it. The location is excellent and peaceful. Apartment itself is great, well equipped and spacious. The terrace is absolutely fantastic for a nice relaxation after work with a beautiful view. Excellent - 10see more
