Welcome to our recently renovated flat, a haven of peace in Andalusia, ideally located between the sea and the mountains.
Located on the first floor of a 2-storey building with lift, our flat offers a comfortable and modern setting for your stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or couples.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals just like at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Take advantage of the hot and cold air conditioning to cool off on hot summer days or warm up on cooler evenings (with time limiter).
Relax on our 25 square metre furnished terrace, a peaceful spot where you can enjoy breakfast or simply soak up the Andalusian sunshine. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a place for your car.
The high-speed internet connection and Smart TV will keep you connected and entertained during your stay. You can also watch international channels. You can also take advantage of the easy access to the main Andalusian cities, such as Seville, Granada and Cordoba, which are less than a two-hour drive away.
Just an 8-minute drive away is the charming port of La Duquesa, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can sample delicious local specialities. Stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the lively atmosphere of this picturesque area.
The centre of Estepona is also just 12 minutes away by car, offering plenty of opportunities for pleasant strolls along the seafront promenade. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere whilst exploring the local shops, cafés and restaurants.
In addition, there are several supermarkets just an 8-minute drive from the flat, making shopping easy and convenient.
The flat is 50 minutes from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport.
