Description
The apartment is located on the first floor of the first line of buildings towards the sea. This advantageous location will allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, the golf course and the relief of the Costa del Sol. It is located in a new private and completely secure residence. You will have a reserved parking space there. The apartment was finished in early 2020 according to a demanding specification and offers beautiful finishes including reversible air conditioning in all rooms. The bedrooms are fitted with integrated shutters. It consists of an ultra-equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms arranged en suite, each with a bathroom with walk-in shower. The children's room can also accommodate a third person thanks to an additional box spring and mattress located under one of the two beds. We paid particular attention to the quality of the general layout and particularly with regard to bedding, couches or the multimedia aspect (Smart TV, home cinema and Internet / WiFi unlimited 600Mb).
The very large terrace (33m²) completely covered will allow the sun to enter the front part for those who love it and will protect others who will stay further back. Finally, from the terrace and its glass bodyguard, you can simply enjoy the view or supervise your children playing in the communal swimming pool, the latter being just at the foot of the apartment.
Golf lovers? Cajumanto is located on the edge of the Casares Costa Golf for which you will benefit from access at a very preferential rate as a resident. You can also enjoy a refreshing drink at the Golf club house (100m) or eat in its delicious Thai restaurant “Bua Garden”. You are also 2 km from the Golf of Dona Julia, near the Estepona Golf or the famous Finca Cortesin for a high level experience. The apartment is also 1 km 300 from the beach and there is easy parking. It is also of course possible to reach the beach on foot via a pretty little path protected from the road, which will allow teenagers to descend there independently. Several restaurants and shops are already accessible at this location. For more entertainment or just for a stroll, you can continue to the port of Duquesa along the dike (4km).
The apartment is located 50 minutes from Malaga Airport, 30 minutes from Gibraltar, 10 minutes from the port of Estepona, 20 minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banus (the Spanish Saint-Tropez), the port city from Sotto Grande (renowned for its port, its 5 golf courses and its restaurants), and very close to the splendid cities of Cordoba, Nerja, Granada, Casares, Ronda, Mijas or two hours from the incredible city of Seville.
Please note that the apartment is strictly non-smoking and that animals are not accepted.
